At Top Tier Training, our staff members operate with your child’s best interest and safety in mind. We aim to provide a safe learning environment for your child , with the highest programming offered at all levels of development. Our programs aim to not only teach tactical and technical aspects of the game, but also important life skills which will prepare your child for a successful athletic future. Meaningful feedback is a key factor in one’s growth and development and, at Top Tier, we strive to ensure each player receives this degree of support. We value respect and appreciation of peers within our establishment and will not tolerate any form of bullying, racism or discrimination.

Class Cancellations:

In the event of inclement weather and situations out of our control, please call us at 437-365-7070 or visit our website for posted updates. Cancellation information will be available a minimum of 1 hour prior to the start of class. Should classes be cancelled for any other reason, you will be notified (in person or by way of message) via telephone at the primary phone number provided at the time of registration.

PLEASE NOTE that we do not offer make up classes for inclement weather cancellations or situations out of our control.

Make Up Classes:

Top Tier Training does not offer any individual make up classes for missed or canceled classes. Should your child be able to participate with another group on an alternate training day, we will try and make this a viable option in lieu of the missed training date.

Refunds:

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days beyond the point of purchase. Any cancellations prior to the first day classes will receive a refund minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. After commencement of the first class, there will be NO REFUNDS or CREDITS issued.

If you are not satisfied with our services after your 1st scheduled class, please notify us and we will refund the remaining program tuition or apply it as a credit to another program.
